Body Positivity Yoga
I know, it's not horse related, but I think it is COOL. Yoga is another one of those places where you see the stereotypical body types - just like riding. This lady is doing something AWESOME. Check her out!

As a larger rider I struggle with strengthening my core muscles which as most riders know are key to achieving good balance and a respectable seat. I love yoga because it gives me a wonderful workout that doesn't leave me sore and miserable the next day. Not to mention it leaves me much more focused and relaxed. My local yoga studio seems to be very positive and excepting with all ages, genders, shapes and sizes represented. So, rock on with the curvy girl yoga!Your horse will appreciate you for it.
